David Rincon: The Backbone of MJR’s Operations
As Vice President of Logistics & Operations and Co-Founder of MJR Transportation Inc., David Rincon is the driving force behind the company’s efficiency and success. When he and his family founded MJR in February 2020, he took on the challenge of ensuring seamless operations, optimizing routes, and keeping the business moving forward.
With a sharp focus on logistics and a deep commitment to reliability, David works tirelessly to make sure every load arrives on time and every driver has the support they need. His leadership isn’t just about managing operations—it’s about upholding the family values that built MJR from the ground up.

Joining in August 2021, Jakub brings a no-nonsense, efficient approach to trucking. Originally from Prague, he moved to the U.S. to pursue better opportunities in 2008. When he’s not behind the wheel, he enjoys hiking, cycling, and fixing classic motorcycles. His precision and problem-solving skills make him a driver MJR Transportation can count on.
